Teach the Quran you carry.
Teach the Quran from home, at the hours you choose. We find the learners and handle the scheduling. The family pays you directly, and Iqra takes nothing.
Two ways to teach: a halaqa, a small group of up to seven, or sabaq, one to one.

to join, and nothing to pay Iqra, ever.
No hidden cuts. Ever.
Iqra keeps nothing. 100% of every fee is yours, paid to you by the family directly. Move the dial and see what that comes to.
One learner is forty minutes a day, Monday to Friday, at the same hour each day. Two learners is 6 hours 40 minutes a week, which is the shape the teaching standard asks for.
Choose how you would teach, then how many learners you would take.
Sabaq is one learner, one teacher. 5 classes a week each, 40 minutes a class, Monday to Friday.
This is arithmetic, not a forecast. Iqra is new, and how many learners reach you depends on how many families ask for what you teach, in the language and at the times you gave. Nobody here can promise you a full week.
You teach. We carry the rest.
Everything around the lesson, from finding learners to scheduling and safety, is ours to handle. The fee itself never passes through us. Your only job is the one that matters.
- Learners
We bring the learners
Matched to you by gender, language and level, children and adults alike. No marketing, no chasing leads.
- Money
The fee is yours
Iqra takes no platform cut. The family pays you directly, so 100% of every fee reaches you and nothing is deducted on the way.
- The classroom
You teach, live
Classes run on Google Meet. Iqra arranges the link and the class times, a parent may join and watch any class, and nothing is ever recorded.
- Safety
Protected, both ways
Identity and qualification are verified before you meet a learner, which is what lets a family trust you. The terms you agree to when you apply set out what Iqra may and may not do with your details, and what is asked of you in return.
From applying to your first class
A clear, guided route. You are never left wondering what is next.
- 1
Apply
Everything in one sitting: who you are, what you teach, when you are free, and how you are paid. Five short steps, and nothing is asked of you again afterwards.
- 2
Audition
A short live recitation with our review panel. Warm, not an exam. We just want to hear you.
- 3
Teach
Once you are approved, sign in with the email you gave and your profile, payment details and matched learners are already there.
Become an Iqra teacher.
Applying is free, and it is asked once: about six minutes, in one sitting. A person reads every application and replies by email to the address you give.
Who can apply: Iqra teachers are hafiz, the whole Quran memorised. Every family is told so, which makes it the one thing an application cannot go ahead without.
- Keep 100% of every fee. Iqra takes no cut
- Learners matched to you, no chasing leads
- Classes on Google Meet, with the link and the class times arranged for you
- The family pays you directly, into your own account
If you came here for another reason.
